WHAT'S NEXT?

So, first things first.. how much did the team make also thanks to my work until now?
Easy, it's all on the blockchain: https://wax.bloks.io/account/farmingtales
You can check yourself filtering by "send token" and checking the transfers towards exchanges.

October 15th sale: $ 450,000 plus marketplace fees.
This was pretty certain to be sold out even before the game went out.

After the sale: from October 16th to the 29th the FT team collected from the marketplace fees about $ 80,000 a day. That's $ 16,000 per team member per day.
They are splitting in 5 equal parts and giving my 20 % share to the Taco team that they put in my place.

PS. after that period of time, their daily income from the marketplace fees declined to around $ 30,000 per day (in my opinion due to the slow rollout of features and technical issues - they've been in alpha for almost a month instead of a few days).

So, they illegitimately kicked me out of their team due to their ego, slandered me and deleted every proof that I was ever involved with them:

  • All my posts in the announcements channel are now removed
  • My name as co-founder was removed from the Hive blog that I wrote myself (but it is still visible in the blockchain history).

I have some solid proof that I was co-founder though, proof that i was working for a 20 % share of all future profits and that they got to that point also thanks to the things I worked on for them.

The Discord bot code was not needed anymore because they decided to stop it when the game went out.
And.. sure, they went live without a part of my code because the Taco team jumped it and hacked together something in place of some code that I worked on. And eventually they did not use my cloud infrastructure and used their cheaper servers. But some of my code still made it to production and you can see still it in some parts of the game! 😏

Easy to cash out on that from a legal standpoint. I can prove that I worked on that because it's all recorded both in the Unity changelog and in my own Git history that I kept on my machine and my remote repository (the other team members didn't know how and didn't bother to learn).

The initial-founder and the whole team agreed that we needed more structure so they were happy when I set up Jira to manage tasks and estimates. And also that gives me proofs that show that I worked with them: tens of emails - invites, notifications triggered by the team interacting with the tickets assigned to them (attachments, comments, state change, etc).
And this is just a start of all the proof that I have 😉

I was one of FT co-founders, I worked for a share of all future profits but I was then forcibly removed from the team over ego discussions without being offered a fair compensation package and on top of that being slandered to all their users.
Only my 20 % share of the profits made until that day were eventually sent to me (minus some fees decided by the team). I accomodated that payment but that does not mean in any way that I was satisfied with my compensation or that it would prevent me in any way from submitting additional claims (that's why I refused to sign a letter that they tried to impose to me before sending my cut of the last sale). What I received was not a fair compensation for my contributions that helped the Farming Tales project get successful during a critical time of its development.
After bringing me in their team, the existing Farming Tales members did not put anything in writing despite my pressure (at least once a week) about creating a company that had been postponed multiple times. But the lack of a written contract is not enough to let them treat people that worked with them the way that they did. And since the server that we used for the bot and myself are in the US, this still applies:

So, as previously mentioned I have pages and pages of notes that I'll revisit again next year with all the proof that I methodotically stored (and put in backups) together with some written testimonials. I will chase them legally early next year both for defamation and to get a fair compensation for all the money that they made also thanks to my contributions. I will re-evalutate at the end of the year if it will still be worth my time. Right now I'm focused on my own blockchain game!

(unrelated: their announcement of the 80 hours down time [that I saw with another Discord account that I used for testing] made me laugh.. that's what happens when you take low-quality shortcuts and don't use testing environments)

Alright, now I'm gonna spend my time testing some weapons against Polly, in my game..

Oh, by the way.. did I tell you about this easter egg that I added to Polly back when I created it??

And there's another easter egg that will be revelaed in the future.. 😉

Polly was always a bit of a joker, wasn't it? 🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜

Don't worry, it will be back in the form of a dummy space-robot in my Discord and in the 3D game as well! 😎

So.. ownership of Polly will give you higher rewards and access to additional features in my game! (it's all in the whitepaper)

So.... not quite! ☝️

They may have killed the parrot but they didn't realize it was an epic phoenix! 😉

See ya all in the Crypto-Shots arenas!
